Beginning in 1983, Driv Rite Driving School, Inc. has served northern Indiana as a driver training school licensed by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles & Department of Education. Our students receive 30 hours of comprehensive classroom instruction & 6 hours of individualized behind-the-wheel training. Driv Rite aims to have students take personal responsibility for their actions, and understand the consequences of their choices.

Getting Your Permit

Students may enroll in driver education, and may complete any or all of the classroom portion of the course without having to pass a written test. However, they must pass a written test before a permit will be issued. They will NOT be required to take the written test again when they apply for their license.
Online Drivers Ed
Report
Students seeking Indiana driving privileges must be enrolled at a driver training school licensed by the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles and must be at least 15 years of age to earn credit for completing online driver training. You can register for free, but a payment of $450.00 will be required before you are allowed to complete more than 10% of the online content. The Driving Brilliance online course is used by over 50 driving schools and high schools across the state.
