After you make a purchase, a staff member will email or call you to set up your first in-car driving lesson. Lessons cannot be scheduled online. Driving seemed to have a lot of complicated rules, but my instructor made everything super simple. He took all the anxiety and confusion out of driving and learning the road test. Not only that, he had a good eye for assessing my strengths and weaknesses and always had an effective way to exercise what I needed to work on.

Bell Auto School's premier 5 hour pre-licensing course offers the benefits of in-classroom learning without the inconvenience of leaving your home! Bell Auto School's 5 Hour Pre-Licensing course is given by a "live" teacher that is broadcast over the Internet using Zoom. Students can take the course on their computer, phone, or tablet without having to be physically present in the classroom. This mandatory Five Hour Pre-Licensing Course allows new drivers who hold a New York State Learner's permit to make a road test appointment.

Reduce points from your violation record to prevent a suspension of your New York State license. All completion certificates are mailed the next business day after the course has been completed. We're the only one in the industry that currently does that process. We traditionally provide the Point/Insurance Reduction Class in our Manhasset classroom at 251 East Shore Road Manhasset, NY 11030 Map.

It allows all New Yorkers age 16 and older to apply for a standard, not for federal purpose, non-commercial driver license or learner permit regardless of their citizenship or lawful status in the United States. Under the Driver's License Access and Privacy Act, driver license applicants who have never been issued a Social Security Number are eligible to apply.
