Bridgeway Center

Bridgeway Center is a non-profit health and human services company serving residents of Okaloosa County and beyond. BCI is nationally accredited by CARF and licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families for outpatient services of all ages. Our services are provided to those experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, substance abuse and addiction, behavioral problems, poor impulse control and thoughts of harming oneself or others.We begin each client/patient's care with an assessment of their needs and strengths.

Orientation for all services a Bridgeway Center in both Fort Walton Beach and Crestview is offered Monday-Friday at 9:30AM to 2:30PM. This triage-like service. The primary goal of Case Management is to ensure that clients' needs are met in the least restrictive environment and in the most timely and efficient manner possible.

Wraparound Services (WRAP) are designed to keep families intact while ensuring the safety of the children. The purpose is to increase children and adolescents safety and stability in their own homes. Bridgeway Center staff provide "parent nurturing education" to parents and caregivers. The objective is to increase their ability to care for their children and/or adolescents.

Bridgeway Center's Behavioral Wellness Clinic offers outpatient psychiatric assessments, medication monitoring, and shot clinic services to indigent as well as insured individuals. We employ Psychiatrists and Advanced Nurse Practitioners with qualifications to include Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, as well as Adult Psychiatry Services.
