DUI Counterattack, Hillsborough., was incorporated in 1971 to supply drug and alcohol education courses to persons convicted of driving under the influence DUI of alcohol or other drugs who live, work or attend school in Hillsborough County. Currently Florida Statues require that persons convicted of driving under the influence must attend a substance abuse educational course, complete the evaluation session by a certified evaluator and complete treatment or couenseling as recommended by the DUI program.
