Rick Jones was my son's driving instructor. He was great. He communicated with us very well on everything. My son really liked him. If he had questions, Rick was very good at explaining the info. He was very laid-back, but very professional, and I think that's why my son was so receptive to him. I only talked to the office staff once, but they were very pleasant and professional also.
