Oklahoma does not accept online DUI classes. If you are non-resident of the state and received a DUI in Oklahoma, you must get approval for your out of state class from Oklahoma Dept. of Mental Health and Substance Abuse at (405) 248-9027. Safety Sensitive Employees in the transportation field are subject to federal drug and alcohol testing rules as prescribed by the Department of Transportation (DOT).

Call us at (918) 621-1600, we can provide general information over the phone as well as schedule your appointments. Once we have all of the necessary information you will need to take the Driver's Risk Inventory (DRI) questionnaire. This is a standard series of questions that all clients must take.
Classes

Payment Plans-You must have at LEAST $50 to start the class and pay the rest before completion. You have 60 days from start date to complete and pay for course or you lose your time and your money (State Rule). No appointment is needed to start, but you will need to show up about 5-10 minutes early for first class to fill out paperwork.
License Reinstatement

Call (918) 621-1600 to schedule an Alcohol/Drug Assessment. This evaluation MUST be performed by a counseling professional CERTIFIED by the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as a DUI Assessor. At the end of your assessment, you will be given specific requirements to complete (DUI School, Victim's Impact Panel, treatment, etc.).

Only if you apply for a modified license. The Department of Public Safety (DPS) will inform you when you should have the interlock installed. You must wait the revocation period (usually 6 months) and either mail or take your assessment certificate (with the red stamp and embossed seal) to the department of public safety.
