We provide private one-to-one driving lessons for teens and adults with limited experience. Our sessions help build confidence for the DMV road test or adapt to U.S. and Virginia laws. Each lesson is led by a certified instructor and tailored to your skill level. Training includes real-world practice routes and personalized feedback after each session. 
Our DMV-approved teen behind-the-wheel program is designed for students under 18 who have completed classroom Drivers Education and are prepared for structured in-car instruction. We provide seven sessions using dual-control vehicles with certified instructors, ensuring safety and skill development. The program includes observation periods, a final road test, and issuance of a provisional license. Students must meet all Virginia requirements, including holding a learners permit and completing practice hours. We deliver a clear, guided path from training to licensing with transparent pricing and no hidden fees. 
Our Adult Behind the Wheel program is designed for experienced drivers aged 18 and older who need to complete required in-car sessions and the instructor-administered road test. We provide a DMV-approved pathway that helps you avoid extended testing delays. Through structured, instructor-led sessions, we build essential driving skills and confidence. Upon completion, we issue your DTS-D certificate and guide you through the next steps.

My experience with Drive Well Driving School was excellent from start to finish. Before joining, I couldnt even imagine myself driving, but they did a fantastic job helping me build the skills and confidence I needed. The instructor, Mr. Sal, was incredibly patient, supportive, and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a clear and simple way, which made learning much easier and more comfortable for me. I had an amazing experience learning to drive with Ms. Abidah. From the very first lesson, she made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel. Her teaching style is clear, patient, and tailored to my needs, which really helped me progress at my own pace. Shes also incredibly sweet and a great person to have a conversation with. Shes always friendly, punctual, and makes the hour fly by with her engaging approach. Mr. Sal was by far the best driving instructor ever! He always stayed very calm and helped me work on my driving, as well as assisted me to learn new things that made me become a better driver. He was able to fit to my schedule on short notice, and gave me reminders for my lessons. In the day of the test, he made sure I was well prepared and helped me pass it by making me stay calm!
