I don't understand all the negative reviews, I only paid $5 plus the state required $30. The course itself was great and easy to follow. I even had to call their customer service for a problem arising from getting a ticket in a different state than the one my Driver's License was issued. They answered quickly and fixed my issue. My Drivers license went from 'cancelled' to 'valid' within 30 minutes of completing the course! Thanks guys, you are awesome!

This place is a scam go somewhere else! They offer to make sure your certificate gets where it needs to go for extra money, well that didn't happen. Got a letter in the mail saying my license was going to be suspended. Had to pay another $25 late fee. Florida should do a better job making sure these schools are legi.

Way to many hidden fees. $49 is actually $100 to proceed. After you pay all the fees it still keeps directing you to pay more and more money. Even after you've taken the test they still try and scam more money. Watch the wording carefully or you'll spend way more than necessary.

Be careful what you click. lots of hidden fees. It's basically $29.25 for the course, if you want to wait and have the certificate mail, if your last minute like myself, you have to pay an additional $29.95 to have it emailed to you within the hour. If you want it rushed processed to the DMV it's additional $14.95. Giving 3 stars for hidden fees, but customer service was awesome, they were nice and honest when I called to question the fees. Good Luck!

Choose someone else if you can. They charge you for everything extra. Definitely NOT the lowest priced option. To boot it all at the end they had one number wrong on my drivers license and charged me an other $10 to resubmit the certificate. All it all this certificate cost me over $60! Be ware of the hidden charges and extra add ons! I would NOT advise to use this service. Telephone support has long wait times and agents are not friendly.

Very disappointed. This company may be a mix of legitimacy and spam. We used the service 3 months ago and was charged, just received ANOTHER charge today. Now, no one is answering the customer service phone. They have been put on my bank's block list. I would be happy to discuss if someone wishes to reach out.

They are NOT the lowest price traffic school. Such a scam. Lots of hidden fees! $5.95 for the exam but they want to charge you money to email/mail the certificate to you. Another fee to send it to the state, another fee, another fee. It comes out to over $80+ for this! I found another one for $18 with NO HIDDEN FEES. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company is the biggest example of FALSE ADVERTISING taking advantage of people by purchasing the affordable exam price and once they have you in every other FEE is overpriced! in fact I find them to be the MOST EXPENSIVE TRAFFIC SCHOOL. That's what their name should be. I wish we can give them -5 stars!

SCAM. Lowest price is a joke. They get you in and then tell you after the 4 hour course you just took they're going to charge you the full price everytime you re-take the test and and again the full price to simply have them email you the certificate. This site stinks to high heaven of SCAM. I regret giving them my money. Bad business

Critical:Professionalism Deceptive billing! Undisclosed Nickle and Dime around Every step! They prey on people who are soon to be late on taking the course by charging $29.00 for them to email your certificate. I took my coarse early, so 1st class mail me my course in 1 weeks or so. It doesn't bother me.

This website was awful. They're deceitful about they're prices. They try to push you into upgrading everything. On some of the offers they don't list the prices to trick you into thinking it's a free offer. And it is definitely not "retake until you pass". If you fail your test you have to pay 30 dollars to retake it. I tried contacting them about getting a refund before I even started my course and they never responded.

Never ever use this one. Use literally any other traffic school. They lie about the price and then follow that up by stealing more money from you monthly. Turns out I have been paying 9.95 per month on a subscription I never paid for. If you care about money and also don't like being stolen from and lied to, all you have to do is use any other traffic school on available and you'll be fine.

The course is fine but then they try to sell you add on after add on after add on. All you need is your certificate and you're in no hurry but after going through all the screens, it's not even a sure thing that they're going to send it (and only buy bulk mail unless you fork over another $30) because it doesn't acknowledge or confirm in any way. I guess I'll wait and see if it shows up. Sigh.

Critical:Professionalism, Quality, Value This traffic school is lying about the price and will sneak in outrageous fees. On top of that, I just found out they have been taking $10 per month from my bank account which I never authorized! Pretty much every good review on here was clearly written by the traffic school itself. What a joke.

SO the class itself is reasonable and I have no complaints about that. The ripoff is when you want to print your certificate of completion. If you want it emailed to you, it is $29, or fedexed, etc for $39, or you can pay some smaller fee for 3rd class mail taking 15 - 30 days for delivery. A 1st class stamp is not even an option. Imagine paying $29 just to have them email it to you. These people are pirates.

They charged my card for expedited processing and in my order history of my account it shows that I attempted four different times to order the free certificate of completion but that it was canceled. And then a fifth time it says I tried and selected the $14.95 option. I only went through the process one time after completing my course and selected the free certificate option! They have a lot of popups that come up when you're going through the completion of passing your exam and it selects whatever it wants to apparently. I contacted them via their website and was never even responded

Their program does work, our 15 year old daughter did the program and passed her exam the first time. What you need to know. We signed up our daughter for the $19.95 program but after entering our credit card information the confirmation included an additional $50 Service Fee. Afterwards, they continuously try to get you to agree to other services/subscriptions; although, we declined repeatedly we were still subscribed to a month $9.95 subscription. When I called about the subscription, they were helpful and they agreed to refund us the money without giving us a hard time.

Please do not choose this school. You will be paying much more money because there are hidden fees. This school charged me $9.99 without my authorization 5 days after I completed and I paid $28.29 before starting the course. You pick the lowest rate, but at the end of the process a lot of options are given, it is confusing, and asks you so many times if you are sure or tells you that if you do not pay more, your certificate will not be delivered fast, If you want it fast then you have to pay additional $29.99 or if you need it in about 2 days then you have to pay about $20.00. If you do not pay additional money, then your certificate will be mailed in about 10 days or more. For sure I choose to wait for my certificate, but now they charged me $9.99.

This online traffic school program is excellent! I am very, very busy and being able to complete defensive driving class at my convenience was awesome! I spent some time on it in the early morning hours before my family got up. I completed it on Thanksgiving Day when everyone was watching the parade or napping. It would have been a huge inconvenience for me to attend driver school in person on a weekend or in the evening. Thank you!
