Prelicensing class is required by New York State before someone with a learner's permit can sign-up for a NYS road test. This is our NYSDMV approved Improve Traffic School 6 hr. Accident Prevention Workshop, Point/Insurance Reduction Defensive Driving Class that will allow you to apply for a 10% discount on your vehicle insurance for the next 3 years.This course will also reduce up to 4 points from your driving record net total and improve your skills at accident prevention.

We are unique in that we are a driving school, but do not give behind the wheel driving lessons. We specialize in classroom discussion and instruction. We offer both the 5 Hr. Prelicensing Class for people with permits and the 6 Hr. Point/Insurance Reduction - Defensive Driving Class for people with licenses.

We offer in-person classes, live online classes, and Improv Traffic School's Defensive Driving Class. This DMV-Approved Defensive Driving Course is an excellent way for experienced drivers to earn a discount on their automobile insurance, reduce points on their license, and improve their skills at accident prevention.

All my driving lessons are unique and customized for each individual's specific driving needs and ability level. Lessons are catered to each individual families needs including: parking in parking spaces, expressway driving, village/city driving, and teaching reviewing basic turning and backing up maneuvers.

For 5 Hour Prelicensing Classes there needs to be a MINIMUM OF 10 PEOPLE IN ATTENDANCE to run a full scheduled class. All classes will be offered at next available date posted. Payment Methods: When registering, we accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, or check. If paying with a check, send a check payable to Suburban Driving School for $48.00 per student to the address below.
