We supply a non-intimidating and friendly atmosphere for all of our clients. All clients are given an honest evaluation of their driving skills including areas for improvement. All instructions will be fully explained prior to the examination and we encourage questions at any time. Office Testing Hours: Monday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM All examinations must be pre-paid 48 hours in advance.

Class sizes are limited by state requirement, thus it is 1st come, 1st serve. The State of Michigan requires all students meet minimum age needs of 14 years, 8 months by the 1st night of class without exception. The original birth certificate, passport or legal document verifying date of birth must be presented no later than one business day prior to the 1st day of class.



Teaching teens and adults to drive safely and defensively! Laketown Driving School provides both Segment 1 and Segment 2 classes, as well as individualized adult instruction. The April class will be starting before Spring Vacation and continue again after vacation. You may check the interactive calendar for dates. Segment 1 classes are limited to between 12- 14 students per month.
