Extremely unprofessional, they nickel and dime you. They cant keep their payment record/ dates correct. When you do call and get a receptionist they are always unprofessional. The last time I called to make a payment they just asked for my card number. I said aren't you going to ask how much I am paying? She gave me a number and I said no that's not what I'm paying.

They will deactivate your device forcing you to go get another. Even if you don't have the time and its an hour and 15 minute drive. Horrible program. Judy the manager is extremely ignorant. The machines always glitch and its next to impossible to get issues resolved. All they care about is money. If I could give negative stars I would.

I know my name must seem pretty ironic because I'm writing a review of this place, but over all they do their jobs. Think about the probation officers and the counselors, who actually wants to have that as their career when they grow up? So on their account I would say they do a good job for however long they've been working there. The receptionists on the other hand are just a little unprofessional, like are you working at an entry-level job. Is this your first job?

They are just very talkative, and the system with their filing is a little too much out of date. Don't tell me that I'm wrong because I'm a person that observes everything and studies people, how they act, and what they think is important. I just don't understand how they can act like their job isnt important when that's what is paying the bills, and it's hypocritical because everyone that walks in their is serious about getting their life on track. You're welcome I was so generous in giving this place a three star review. If you're reading this, just do you job more seriously because I know there's no manager.

Good people working here. Remember, they are not the reason you are here, don't give them a hard time. Also, they don't come up with the costs, the state does that. They will treat you like a human being here, it's up to you (and me) to act like adults when were here.

Charged me $50 for an "evaluation" that I never received. The people here are there to take your money and thats it. I went in for the "evaluation" for an after care program, which consisted of a very large conselor (that had the nerve to lecture me about self discipline) talking to me about politics, more specifically I.S.I.S. for an entire hour. Way to be guys. You sure "earned" that money. Stealing money from people who are trying to get back on their feet is just evil.
