Quality Driving has been approved to do the DOL testing in our classrooms. Students need to study for the written test. Students also need to have completely paid all fees and fines before applying to do the written test or the drive tests. 80% is the minimum passing grade. Our price includes one try at each the written and the drive test as part of the program.
Quality Driving needs this number to register your student online with the DOL so you can get your permit. The agreement must be signed by the student and a parent to graduate from our driver's education course. Attendance Policy: If a student misses more than 3 classes, the student must restart the class.
Please call (509)491-3443 to schedule a written test at a time and location convenient for you. We charge $50 an hour by appointment only, whether we pick you up from home or you come to the our office. On the first drive the instructor will do an evaluation; to inform you what they think you need help on. Then they will give you an estimate of how many drives with a license instructor you may need.

They have their number really close to mine and haven't fixed it and I get calls and texts all day from customers

Got along with the instructors swimmingly and loved my experience. I usually get nervous around strangers, but the person I drove with was calming and chilled to the point where I wasn't scared. Take other reviews with a grain of salt though. I heard some pretty bad "the customer thought they were right" stories while I was there, it was a regular end of the zoom Convo.

And the guy who made the girl uncomfortable during her drive I have been informed was most likely the person they fired right before I signed up (not 100% sure but pretty positive)

One of the driving instructors made my daughter so uncomfortable with his misogynistic comments and political commentary that I had to call and complain, and ensure that she wouldn't be placed with him again. When she finished the course, when we went into the DMV to get her license, something that should have been a happy and momentous occasion was stressful and complicated by the fact that the school never communicated course completion to the DMV, even though she finished her final driving test and completed the course a week prior. Having to wrangle with the driving school on the phone to get them to do it in real time was a nightmare and shouldn't have happened considering how much we paid them. Poor, shoddy practices.

Honestly i am completely disappointed with this driving school. i am a student here and i will give you a full complete somewhat detailed review for this driving school. the classes are online due to covid, completely understandable. the teachers can be very nice and the classes are no longer than an hour. great! the drives, however, are something else. the teachers are too laid back for a beginner driver. i, not to sound cocky, am a good driver for someone who did not have any background on driving at all. because of this, my teacher would be laid back and would not call me out on any mistakes i have made. i really did not like that, as i have told them i insist they should tell me anything i do wrong and how i could fix it. as friendly as my teacher was, i just don't think i have learned anything from these driving lessons. i am giving this school a 2/5 stars because i do appreciate the employers, but i absolutely hate the environment and how strict their policy can turn out. i do NOT recommend this driving school. it is not worth the pricing. go somewhere else.

I attended quality driving school in Kennewick a few years ago, and I am very grateful that i got to do schooling here. Jodi Dolph is a great instructor and I would recommend attending her courses!

0 stars is more fitting. We had a terrible time scheduling drives with the driving instructor. He would not return texts and when he finally did it was days later. He was at least 20-30 minutes late to a drive. He was nowhere near professional. He would have my son stop at a deli so he could get food and the drives that were supposed to he an hour long lasted maybe 40 minutes.

When my son finally got his last drive in (he started driving school in July and his last drive was in January) he was told he could not take his written test due to owing more money. We paid them the full amount back in July. I was told we paid with a check and it bounced. Umm.we paid with a credit card. This is not a professional company. Do not waste your time. Pay a little bit more and go with a company that actually knows what they are doing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS DRIVING SCHOOL. The first night toy 15 yr old daughter came home asking what "roadhead" was because the instructor talked about it and gave them scenarios regarding it. The instructor also told the kids about her brothers criminal activities and that he was part of the mafia. She went further to discuss a kid in a previous class and how he must've had Tourette's or something seriously wrong with him.

When confronted she justified her actions and the owner said everything she did was what she was told to do. When I pulled my daughter from the class the instructor went on to tell her it was ok for her to shame people with disabilities because she had people in her family with Tourette's and schizophrenia. This was the West Richland location.

When I posted about this on Facebook, multiple people had the same experiences in previous classes and nothing was done. Save yourself the trouble and go to a professional driving school. ninawilliams_1@yahoo.com

Don't waste your money here. They claim to take your student driving for 1 hr intervals, which they only actually drive with them for 45 mins. They are sooooo rude. I can not believe how rude the instructor is, if you have anxiety of any kind, DO NOT COME HERE. I had called and was told what time and date for my sons make up class and then the teacher embarrassed my son in front of the entire class by not being nice at alllll about their mistake THEY made.

I have talked to a friend who used them, and she has had the very same problems. Not being told correct information, then getting treated like an idiot when we do what we were told. So disappointed in this "driving school"
