Alfredo Raimondo is one of the best instructors I've ever had, he had the confidence in me to pass my test and he also gave me the correct steps to passing the test with ease. You should really give this school a try and I highly recommend.

BUYER BEWARE! If you're looking to take the ELDT training course look elsewhere these guys are charging 500 dollars for for a online test where there are many other schools in Brooklyn charging 200 and below. There is no justification on the price gouging other than the fact that these guys are taking advantage of the new regulations and the confusion that comes along with it. Please do your research before buying this course from this school.

This whole place needs to be restaffed, nasty customer service, unhelpful with any questions && sleeping instructors. I'd give 0 stars if I could. If you need your CDL in a timely fashion AVOID this school.

Ferrari brooklyn location got some GREAT instructors. They really guide you to make it happen. You wanna change your life? Come here be patient and self discipline to get it done. Also ask for Keith he will get you straight. Take advantage of this opportunity. Come learn, come make the life change for yourself. Only thing stopping you from getting your CDL. is you. Dennis N

When I started Ferrari trucking school it started off rough. I just wasn't understanding the maneuvers or inspections from the first two instructors I kind of gave up hope of passing the road test. THEN. I met this instructor name Keith he broke everything down in the simplest way possible step by step and I'm happy to say I pass my road test on my first try!

From a person that came to Ferrari trucking school not knowing anything about trucks I pass the road test on the first try thanks to Keith. I'm still processing the fact I did that. So if anybody thinking about attending Ferrari trucking school it's a good look and make sure you ask for Keith you can't lose.

I passed my road test on the first try! You hear me my very 1st try! Keith was my instructor. He is well knowledgeable, he broke down every single step for me to understand. I am a female who was terrified of driving a car. So you can imagine a tractor trailer. I was going to Mule Driving School and decided to try a lesson with Frerrari Driving school and thats where I met Keith.

I learnt so much in 1 hour I immediately cancelled all my remaining lessons with Mule. I am thankful for the day I met Keith because I would be wasting so much money at Mule Driving School and wouldn't learn half the things Keith taught me. He is a very honest respectable and caring instructor who is very passionate about his job. I am asking Frerrari to give this man a raise or bonus because he is an exceptional instructor.

I already referred 3 friends to call the school and schedule lessons with Keith. I recommend that Keith start a monthly train-the trainer session for all instructors at your school. Thank you Keith and keep up the amazing work!

I had recently failed the road test terribly from a previous school. I took one lesson with Ferrari right before my 2nd road test. I used their easy techniques and passed! Would totally recommended these guys!

I had the worst experience they have a terrible customer service. I called to get information about driving classes the person that answer the phone was rude and didn't want to to answer my questions. I had to call another driving school and what a difference in service so polite. I'm very happy with this other school. Ferrari thank you for having nasty, rude people!

This is the place to go for your CDL Training. All the instructors are knowledgeable, hands-on, and specific with how they want you to drive. Studying on your own is a must to get the most out of the lessons and progress quickly as possible. Karmen at the front desk is very communicative, helpful and informative with how to go about. Got my license in a few months. Great School

Jason was a very good instructor teaches you to be comfortable, confident, and safe i took about 9 lessons but honestly felt ready by the 4th i passed my road test first try highly recommend.

In my experience, I recommend Ferrari drive School. it is a good school! my instructor was Francisco, he was very explicit, highly professional and he had a lot of patient. The office help a lot! I made a choose with them! I pass my CDL driving test! That's is the result!

I did my lessons with Jason and he was professional and he was able to show me the correct way to drive And I was able to pass the road test with his guidance I recommend this driving school and whoever signs up with Ferrari should have Jason as their instructor

Im so happy i called Ferrari. From day one Ferrari made me feel comfortable. From the front desk receptionist to my instructor Aysha this experience was all around great! Excellent school to learn how to drive and to get a CDL License if you need one. My son took driving lessons and he passed on the first test.

Ferrari has been a great experience! I have never driven a tractor trailer in my life and was able to obtain a class A license with confidence. I think I lucked out with a great trainer, who goes by the name of Rodolfo. I walked up in there and met Osvaldo, who scheduled me up with lessons and boom it was on from there. I mean you have to do your own homework, but they pretty much are there for your needs.

I'm just really happy with the whole process and pretty proud of myself. The staff was great. I mean it is what it is. You want to learn how to push a 54' trailer, they got what you need. No complaints here. Highly recommended

Great experience with Ferrari Driving school. I did my 5hr online class with them as well as a few lessons and my test. I had ad hoc lessons so I had lessons with a few different instructors (Roberto, Felix and Edgar) and Omar accompanied me to the test center. All were great instructors - professional, patient, gave good feedback and advice and made me feel confident. Felix in particular was quite critical, which I really appreciated as it helped me to be very aware of improvement areas (thank you Felix!). The communication from Ferrari was also great, their text messaging service helped me to stay on top of the lesson and test schedule. Thanks all!

This is such a great school. After receiving classes from other schools and not being sarisfied, I bumped into this one and was able to finally take the exam and get my license. In only some classes, I was confident with my driving skills. The staff and instructors are so kind and professional. They make sure you are well prepared for the exam. My instructor, Jessica, was really patient and helpful. She made it easier to pass.

I highly recommend Ferrari driving school, they always were really really nice and attentive specially Mrs Arelis who is one of the agent who works in the front desk, this lady was always kind and professional, I could dare to say she is one of the most skilled ones in customer service according to my experience, but the last and not the less important part was the instructor that was assigned to me.

I want to say thanks to (Mr Omar) who was the young man who I took my instruction with, he always was very very patient but very sharp and meticulous with the driving rules teaching me how to do things on the road. By fallowing his advice today I took my road test for first time and I passed it in only one attempt! Let go with Ferrari!

I purchased the 10 lesson package, and it was definitely worth the investment! Driving always scared me and just the thought of learning made me very anxious, so I put off learning how to drive until this year. I had Felix for my first lesson and his teaching style worked very well for me so I kept him as my instructor. Thanks to Felix and Ferrari driving school, I passed my road test on the first try and am now a licensed driver who feels confident driving, a huge change from someone who was so nervous, their hands were shaking for their entire first lesson.

I used this school for getting my D class driving license. I applied for CDL class A course and have chosen a regular package. This was quite expensive and I thought the price was determined by quality of education. Unfortunately I must warn potential students to beware of this school and choose the other ones. 1. The customer service is terrible.

If you want to, cancel, schedule or reschedule your class, you call the main number and someone will take your number and assure that they call you back. But two times they did not call and if you lose your money paid for the class. 2. the receptionists are always on their phones and you have to wait ages before they finish their conversation and turn their face to you. 3. the fleet is old and not cleaned.

Inside the cabin looks like a trash bean with used masks, coffee stains etc. 4. the instructor is smoking inside the cabin permanently. 5. THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED to teach you and after I almost completed my course I decided to enroll with a different school which needs just 10 hours to make me driving like a pro. 6. when I asked to refund me the classes that I did not use they told that they are going to charge 10% for the whole amount! 7. scheduling a road test with this school will take at least 4 months. But you will realize this only after you paid your money. Before they will say that in 3-4 week you get your appointment with DMV for your road test.

I passed on my first try! Alfredo was my instructor and he's the best. From the beginning, Alfredo was very calm and gave clear instructions. He was very nice and I never felt nervous or anything. He gave me advice and joked around. I highly recommend him, you will learn and won't feel under pressure.

Worst Experience, they only drain your pocket. Thats all they care about. Spent money on Two Packages which was 1000$ in total. To not only fail my road test but they still drain you more. They don't care if you pass or not. They teach just a bit but not enough for you to pass. So frustrated with this money sucking school. Also Customer Service is ghetto and depressed attitude women. As well as racism. So unhappy with working. Not professional, not communicative and expensive. Will report to Business Bureau

I'm here to announce that my cousin Mr. Harris just got his CDL through Ferrari Driving School. He took the road test at the Bellrose testing site. Keith from Ferrari driving school in Brooklyn was his instructor, he was an excellent and exceptional instructor, with his guidance. My cousin was able to pass the CDL test on his first try. I am going to go to Ferrari right away and request Keith!

I just got my license today. If I have not took a 45 minute class with Sam before the exam, I would've not made it! He was super nice and professional taught me how to park beautifully!

I PASSED MY ROAD TEST! I'm in shock. At 25 years old I was beginning to lose hope but ROBYN helped me. She's been my instructor from the beginning. Her thorough teaching style made me confident behind the wheel. She helped me overcome my fear and helped me PASS my road test ON THE FIRST TRY. If your scared to drive or feel it's impossible I would recommend Ferrari and HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROBYN.

I always recommend this company to all my friends and family! I passed my driving exam on one try. Also took my Defensive Driving course there for some extra cash off of my insurance. They are Trilingual (Spanish / Italian / english) so that helps a lot. Thanks Ferrari!

They are not professional. and I think all they worried is about getting customers money. I would never recommend nobody to them. they don't explain you things with the school about payments and they do a lot of unprofessional stuff.

Joseph Pena is a excellent instructor! I highly recommend! He is very patient and knowledgeable. The way he explains is very thorough! I feel very confident after I take a lesson with him!

Great place with great instructors. Highly recommend to anyone that want to learn how to ride a motorcycle. Before I came to Ferrari I went to the msf. I had a bad experience at msf and almost didn't want to learn anymore. The first day I got to Ferrari on the first lesson they gave, I had so much fun and enjoyed it. I signed up for 2 classes and ended up signing up for 2 more.

By the 3rd class I had no problem with riding the bike, making turns and figure 8. I took classes with 3 different instructor and each one of them were very informative. Edward, Miguel, and Hector were the 3 instructor that I had.

This School is the worst Driving School around NYC PLS don't waste your time and money going there.

What can I say! Instructors are cheaters! First time they teach you wrong so you don't pass the driving test and then you have to come back again, pay and do it all over! But I assure you if you give them generous tip they'll teach you right! I would never recommend them to ANYONE!

This is the best driving school you could find in NY, They helped me to get my license and my instructor was amazing and made me feel very comfortable in the lessons even though I was very scared to drive for the first time. I recommend this school!

Had a great first scooter lesson with Ferrari Driving School. Being as it was my first time on a bike, anxieties were high. But the location was nice and quiet to learn and practice for rookies! By the end of the day I was far more confident on a bike than when I started. The instructor was diligent in pointing out mistakes as we rode, to make sure that we worked on them as the day went on so we knew what we had to do when it came time for the test. Highly recommend.

Great school! I got my CDL with them and they helped me get a job as well. My instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful. Place was a bit dusty due to some renovation work going on but it didn't really bother.

They're patient and understand your determination to learn. I went for motorcycle lessons. I began with a motorcycle, tried to learn clutch. I got it the first day, but immediately forgot by my third lesson. I started out wanting to just obtain my license, so I practice on a scooter. Listen to instructions and you'll do well. I passed!

I called to inquiry about a CDL information but ALL Nancy wanted to talk about was MONEY. The conversation told me a lot about the direction of this school with lack of phone etiquette of this person who is suppose be the voice of the company. She was nasty, rude and a sign of poor quality. My money in My pocket.

After our experience today I am not sure if I can give them a one star, I cannot find a 0 star button. My wife had called them about enrolling in driving lessons and tentatively confirmed a date, but they go ahead and charge her credit card without informing her. Also no one told her that her card was charged till the day that she had tentatively confirmed earlier.

I understand it's not a charity, but they should take a 101 on customer service. Also the customer service personnel yelled at my wife over the phone as she requested them to reschedule the date and said that's not an option. I know their drivers are good so this review is only directed at their customer service. Note: If someone from Ferrari is reading this review I suggest taking this seriously, I very rarely give a business such a bad rating.

This school is horrible its dirty and dingy and has terrible lighting. Heck look at the awning out front its all ripped and faded away. The one staff member "Elise" that I dealt with was the most arrogant, uncooperative full of ghetto attitude I've ever seen. She told me she would not help me get a grant because of my driving record then proceeded to start laughing at me.

All I needed for the grant was a schedule of classes available, that was it. She refused and said I would NEVER get a grant, well guess what the very next day I was approved for the grant and took my business to "Northside Driving School".who was more then happy to give me a simple schedule of classes without berating me and telling me I will never get the grant. Avoid this driving school by all means!
