The customer service is disrespectful and disgustingly RUDE. We were told 5 different things by the same person. Did an interview for intake was told a start date and never got a call back for weeks, we called to check on the start date and now they say it's pushed to May when we were told it was March because we were already waiting since November.

I'm truly disappointed because the social media posts seemed seamless and the first time we talked to the school it seemed legit. The lady we spoke with today was so nasty and shouldn't be working with anyone but a therapist! We've reached out for management to call back and never have received a callback. I'm beginning to think it's a race issue.

CDS is an awesome school! Every single instructor is absolutely amazing. They are BEYOND experienced, knowledgeable and super kind to everyone. As long as you show up and give effort toward learning, building and improving skills, they will help you and walk with you through everything til the very end. I loved my experience with CDS, and I passed all parts of my CDL test with no issues! Call and set up a meeting to get signed up ASAP!

This is very unethical to market, post and sign up students for a four-week program, then trap them for 4-5 months. Stay away from them. The management is rude and there are serious liars. Be careful with the management, too much paperwork to trap you stay there for months despite that they sign you up for a 4-weeks program. They just want to fill their classes and play with your time and money.

Never recommended. I can't reply to your feedback, therefore I am responding here; What do you mean that you tell people about the pause in the interview, why not clearly and accurately reflect the pause duration on your and Germanna's website? Why not put a realistic training duration schedule in the agreement between the student and school? This is very unethical to market, post and sign up students for a four-week program, then trap them for 4-5 months, even not let them go if they don't want to continue with your school.

You don't know about your own schedule, does that make sense? How do you immediately know the yard training date once you make the student sign your Covid form? which you then use as a threat and trap to make students accept your insanity. You use an unfair scheme; you trap people that's a fact and source of your business income.

The instructors at this school was so excellent and very professional and has a lot of patience with all the students. I graduated on 12-17-20 with my Class A license. I was happy when I graduated at the same time when I went back at the end to thank all the instructors I almost shed a tear. I learned they are not there for the money. They don't make a lot there.

The made more money over the road back in the day. But as CDL instructors they really care and want us all to succeed and be successful. Most of the instructors drove for over 30 years and decided to give back to us the students. All the instructors I worked around and I gotten to know has been fantastic. If you want to learn the pre trip inspection on the vehicles - ask for Tim he is the man if you want to learn.

When it comes to maneuvers- skills test Ron and Tommy and Ray are excellent. I spent the most time with Ron but I enjoyed working with both of them. Over the road I spent a lot of time with Richard and Ray, frank, Brent, rob, and Mitch. Other instructors i met at the school Mitchel and Jeff, Dennis, Brian, bill, Bernard, are very cool and will help you out with the maneuvers or anything about the pre-trip and also over the road Also the wonderful ladies upstairs in the office That work behind the scenes that helps the students out a lot.

The owner of the school Ma. Jill she's a very nice and sweet woman and very much involved with the school and is there everyday. This the best CDL school I've around I couldn't pick any better school.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I can only attest to the part-time weekend classes, but they never have enough instructors on the weekends for you to get the training you need in order to complete. Countless people have to extend their schooling past the original time because they are not getting the instruction needed to complete the program in the time frame.

Find another company to go with if you can. You will NOT get what you pay for. In response to the "owner": Then how do you explain away that he received behind the wheel a total of 3 times from March until June? But you have enough instructors in the yard. Your own instructors say there is not enough help on the weekends. Sounds like the school needs to take some accountability too.

Yes my husband has a learning disability and yes it takes him longer to learn things, but when the staffing is not there on the weekends how are they supposed to get any experience? The classroom portion is fine, but in the yard is lacking big time! And as I said before in the original review, I am speaking to the part-time program. Your full-time, Monday through Friday program may be stellar, but your part-time is not. I am sorry if the truth hurts.
