Bridgeway Center

Kay Whiten told me last appointment on last Monday a week ago that I could call her to talk about Prozac she prescribed me if I had problems with my medication. And I did not have to come back in to 4- 6 weeks Called Bridgeway for the past 3 days and today Kay's nurse said that they have to see me in person when I just saw Kay the other day. Bridgeway Center is not helpful nor prefessional.

If Kay cannot help me when she says that I do not have to come in and I can call her about my Prozac, then really why waste my time and money going to bridgeway if Kay does not do what she told me. All they want is for you to waste gas money when I live in niceville. And all they want is your money. Period.

Entirely unhelpful, they do not care about you or your time. They're rude and unprofessional. Your appointments will get cancelled/rescheduled with no warning leaving you out of medication and having to play phone tag to get a refill. They have no sympathy for people with mental health issues.

Horrible service! Been enrolled for 6 months still no appointment for therapy. Always get v.m and no calls back. This place is a joke! Jenny (PRE TRAIL)and Lisa are the 2 ladies that actually seem to care and try to understand your situation. Bless them, I feel sorry for the people that have more issues than anxiety. Cause if they can't even help me with a doc app online for anxiety or therapy appointment how are they going to help PEOPLE THAT ARE HAVING DRUG ISSUES OR MORE SEVERE MENTAL BEHAVIOR I can say just the hrs and time put into my calls and explaining myself again IS A WASTE OF EVERYONES TIME ALONG WITH MINE. CAUSE STILL AS OF TODAY, I HAVE GOT NOTHING WITH SOLVED WITH MY ANXIETY, THIS COMPANY AND THE LADIES WORKING( LAUGHING AT ME, SMARTA** COMMENTS ) HAS MADE IT WORSE! NEVER WOULD I TREAT MY CUSTOMERS THE WAY BRIDGEWAY HAS TRRATED ME ITS VERY SAD.

Tina is the absolute best! She goes above and beyond. She is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable while also being kind and caring. Highly highly recommend her!

Mrs. April Burgess and Mrs. Tammy Zingaretti are very nice and caring! I am very thankful for them!

Dr. April Burgess is the only mental health professional who has exhibited sincere concern in treating my mental illnesses. I have had so many disappointing experiences with other doctors, but I can tell she actually cares about her patients. I actually enjoy working with her, which is rare. I highly recommend Dr. Burgess.

I cannot believe what I heard today from your staff. We called to have my mother's medicine refilled today and was told she needs to make an appointment to get the prescriptions renewed (understandable). However, she would run out of medicine before the next appointment could be scheduled; so we asked If she could get enough medicine to make it until her appointment.

This request was denied. Anyone on mental health meds knows you cannot abruptly stop taking them. Surely anyone working in a mental health facility knows this as well. Which is why i was shocked when we raised this concern and was told and I quote "that's not my problem". We have had other issues with this center in the past, and I've held my tounge, but the lack of compassion demonstrated today was appalling.

Leaders create leaders, not followers. This place relies on followers and victims. They will do anything they can to keep you in a victim state, as their paycheck relies upon it. Now the two ladies at the front window are very sweet. But every cult has to be sure to make a good first impression. That's all I've got to say about that.

Case Management, Elizabeth Mendoza has gone above and beyond for us. She got results and really listened. We are so greatful for her hard work and attention to details. Thank you thank you
