Just had my motorcycle serviced at MotoMember Manassas for a shifting issue and I was very satisfied with the exceptional quality of service I was provided. I thought that honest and trustworthy motorcycle businesses were nonexistent until today. Service Advisor Mac and Technician Mike provided me with Chikfila quality service. Mike noticed it was a simple single loose bolt that was causing the issue when he started to diagnose the problem and fixed it at no charge.

All I can say is WOW! 5 Stars to MotoMember Manassas, Service Department, Service Advisor Mac, and Technician Mike. Thanks again for the exceptional service you provided to me! I would definitely recommend them

I went with my neighbor to help him pick up a dirt bike for his son that they purchased new from MotoMember. They were very happy with the service they received and the deal that they got. I expected it to take an hour or more to go through the process but I was pleasantly surprised when it took about 10 minutes to finish everything. Hats off to MotoMember! About three weeks ago I had a dissatisfied experience with Kawasaki Motomember Manassas regarding a service that I had done. I was asked to give them an opportunity to turn my experience around and they did just that. The service was completed and my motorcycle seems to be running just fine but time will tell. I appreciate all the extra effort Victor went through in fixing the situation and am happy I can leave a more positive review.

I went into MotoMember of Manassas looking for a bike I saw on line. My sales guy Danny Cruz showed me the exact bike that I asked about and willing shared with me all the information I needed to make my decision. After telling him more about what I wanted to do he shared with me all my options. I was PLEASED with my final purchase. As well as all the support I continue getting from the dealership, from Jason in the parts department as well as the open arms each time I walk in. Firstly, fantastic staff sales and service. Never have I entered a bike shop where they're not trying to upscale you, but honestly help you. I'm impressed by the honestly and genuine proper service I've received numerous times in both the service and sales department.

Very helpful crew in sells department but not so much with service department. I replaced a tire on my ZX14r there, the person that replace the tire didn't clean the new tire before putting it on the bike. I am glad I figured it out quickly otherwise I would have a stupid accident. Very scary. I spent about 30 minutes to clean the tire with dish soup, sandpaper and break cleaner.

I believe when he removed a tag/tape from the new tire, he did not clean the left from the tire. Hope someone hear my voice as it was a scary situation with the tire. I also was not happy with the service writer, Mark Sluck. I was charged for the safety inspection while normally They don't charge me for it as I purchased the bike from them. He told me I was not going to be charge for that but when I looked at the bill at home, I noticed he did charge me. I am happy at least he did not drop my bike, he barely could move it.

I spoke with Jason in parts on the phone. Jason was Excellent in his Helpfulness! He took his time to help and explained everything I needed to know without me even asking. I would definitely go through Jason in Parts with all my future needs.

Came in kinda hard looking and instantly loved the place. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Let me check a wide variety of bikes to find the one that fit best. Good stock of new and used bikes. Once we got everything wrapped up the paperwork and delivery of the motorcycle happened same day. Danny was amazing through the whole process. Will be the place for any further purchases for sure.

I've made numerous calls and emailed multiple inquiries in regards to a GSXR they have in stock. I haven't received any response or call back from the sales department. Simply put I don't think our business is welcomed so if you're reading this please go to a shop that values your business because this one isn't it.

This is a model on how a dealership should be! Bobby was excellent! Short Description: Positive: + Friendly and respectable service and sales staff. + Gave me a VERY reasonable price on a new Suzuki M109R (I've been tracking the market for 9 months). + Gave me a reasonable value on my trade-in. They did not "low ball" me. + Also purchased new gloves/helmet.

Sales staff very knowledgeable on helmet.and helped find the correct helmet for my head shape. + Worked with me when I found my trade-in title ruined due to water damage. + Purchasing a new bike from MotoMember provides additional perks and discounts on future labor, parts, etc. Negative (extremely minor): - Provided the incorrect passenger seat addition for the bike.

This is being extremely picky. They will provide the correct seat next time I ride by. Long Story: I went to another Suzuki dealership located in or around Woodbridge. My first experience at the Woodbridge dealership was horrible (long wait times, low ball values, high prices.). I decided to give them other another try a year later; but unfortunately.

I had the same experience and the two bikes I was interested in got sold as I waited 2 hours for a quote. This made me consider MotorMember Manasssas for a factory recall on a battery issue. The service department was very respectable and realistic. Great experience. As I was walking into the equipment area. I decided to look at new bikes. The sales staff was NOT pushy at all.

They just asked if "I was doing OK." I mentioned what I was "kind of" in the market for a M109R; by this time of year, that model have been sold out every where. Bobby asked if I could wait one minute. He came back and mentioned that he had one in stock at his warehouse. Obviously, it peeked my interest. Bobby gave me an EXCELLENT quote. After a short conversation, he politely asked if he could take my bike for a ride so he could give me an accurate trade-in quote.

Within about 5-10 minutes, he provided me a great quote based on NADA. There was no "car dealership" tactics. He even went to the warehouse that evening to bring the bike to the storefront. On "sale day".the process was relatively quick. Bobby was in communication early in the day and provided a good time frame. He worked with me for a title transfer.since I found my title destroyed. Overall.with all the positives mentioned above. MotorMember Manassas has won my future patronage and/or consideration for future purchases. I highly recommend that you give them a chance for your business.

From the service department to the sales floor, these guys ROCK! And why wouldn't they, they spend all day around the best motivation ever. If they were closer I'd spend every day sitting at the end of the sales floor like Norm from Cheers. They provide top notch service and treat you like the kind of family that doesn't always want to borrow money.

This dealership now owned by MotoMember is carrying on the same excellence as their predecessors. The sales staff is awesome. Although all of them could hook you up, Anthony was my dude. Thanks MotoMember

Mac, Danielle, Trevor, and the rest at MHKS make it easy and comfortable to get on a new bike. Just brought our new Goldwing DCT Tour and it couldn't have been a smoother experience. My wife was twisting my arm (not that it took much) to go get a Goldwing. She's been itching to plan some real road trips by bike and my cruiser (VT1100 Sabre) is not ideal for that.

I had been looking around to see who had some new 2018 or 2019 Goldwings in stock, checked prices, and even asked for a couple of quotes from shops. On a whim while out shopping just before Christmas we popped into MHKS, and there was a brand new 2018 GoldWing Tour sitting on the showroom floor. Mac came over after a few minutes and answered our questions and went over some details about the new (2018+) design.

The out the door price was amazing so we asked which other colors and versions were available since between my wife and I we were leaning towards the DCT Tour w/Airbag. There was on such beast available and in just a couple of minutes Danielle gave us a more than acceptable bottom line lowest quote right at the start, it was significantly lower that anyones elses and was honestly a little lower than what I had in my mind as my desired price.

The search was over and decision was made. I think we left and went to get into the car, but turned around and when back in to put our deposit down. No pushing, straight answers, and at an acceptable price without having to quibble and haggle made it an easy decision to make this the third bike in 12 years I've bought here. They have always treated us well and this time was no exception.

It was time for new helmets, a step up the helmet to helmet comms as well as some add ons to the bike. Trevor and couple of others jumped in and helped us settle on the "best for us" helmets and comm gear. He even went the extra mile to install the comm gear in the helmets for us. If and when I have the need for a 4th bike, it is most likely that it will come from Manassas Honda.

This review is specifically for Mac Phillips, who was - simply put - awesome. I can always appreciate a dealership that approaches sales with the "family" mindset. Called to see if a bike was on display and got an immediate voice on the phone saying "Absolutely! Swing on by." When we go there, Mac came around to help us out, answering any and all questions we had, which, as completely new riders, was many.

He compared and contrasted based off of performance and not price - you know you got a good guy when he says "Yeah, you could buy that, but your shelf life isn't going to be long, check this out instead." 5 stars - nicest guy I've met at a bike dealership. Thanks again! You rock, Mac!

Just brought a new Wee Strom home from MHKS and had a great experience. Mac and Danielle made it about as painless as it could be, and I ended up with a great new bike. Bought my last bike at another local dealer, but Mac and Danielle were much easier to work with; no pressure, no last second changes, no BS. Give them a shot before you try anywhere else. You won't be disappointed.

I called there three times and asked if they were interested in buying motorcycles. On Monday of this week I called and they said sure bring the bikes in on Wednesday. When I arrived on Wednesday morning the manager told me they're not buying any bikes. I really don't mind that you're not buying bikes right now. But what I really mind is wasting so much time loading the motorcycles onto my trailer bringing them in to be evaluated (a 30 minute drive in both directions) and then being told they wouldn't even be considered. It's now 1:30 p.m. and I still have to put in my 8 hours today at work. What a waste.

Used to love this place, bought a bike back here in 2013 and they were awesome, even met the owner a very nice lady. Customer service with a solid, old-school vibe Fast forward today, I had to sell or remove my bike as I could not ride due to disability. I called them a few times to see if I could offload to them, I kept being told they would call me back Wasn't trying for make a killing, was just trying to see if they would want it, no would have been fine for an answer but kept getting the runaround I ended up donating it for a tax write off, it was a shame since it was such a nice bike.in almost new condition.

The runaround thing really put me off since I had such a great experience the first time. I really hated to leave this review but I had too as in this instance they earned it.

Stay away from this place! Their service and apparel department is completely incompetent. I was going to buy $3000 plus in motorcycle gear and they never got back to me. Then I called to follow up and they still didn't assist. Took my motorcycle in for service and they tried to rip me off by giving me an estimate for a lot of stuff the motorcycle didn't need.

I took it to Coleman Powersports in Woodbridge whom I have no affiliation and they validated my suspicion. Service writer Austin is completely misleading. Go elsewhere is my personal advice.

Honest, quality work. Even called me to let me know I over paid once the Suzuki Extended Warranty group finally got back to them with the adjustment. Trust them completely. Could improve their communication regarding status of repair work, but otherwise, top-notch service group.

Called for a quote on a 2016 Honda CRF450R. After talking to the sales rep, told him I was ready to buy if the price was right. Told him I was coming in from out of town and asked him what price I could get since I am paying CASH. He said he only worked deals with repeat customers. What a JACK***, I hung up on him and gave my business to a competitor dealership that same day! Good ridings, never giving Manassas future business or recommendations. Also unsubscribed from their mail outs.

I went to Manasass Honda on Memorial Day weekend to get an oil change on my bike. This trip was the second time I've been here, but it also turned out to be the worst. After waiting a couple of hours, Greg informed me that whoever installed my frame sliders mucked up the job and I will need additional work to get the problem corrected. I informed him that their shop performed my first services (seeing how this was my second oil change) and they had no problem with my motorcycle's frame sliders.

He the told me that the weather may have fused the screw to the frame (ok but I don't think that that's possible). Being mechanically inclined myself I took the bike to another shop to get a second opinion and got my services done within 30 minutes. That being said avoid this place like it holds the zombie plague. I imagine that most people may have a easier time at this place but I'm done with this establishment. There are better places than this dump.

This is my preferred service dept. Parts, too. If not here, then MFI. I don't care for the sales dept very much, but it's okay. I use parts and service far more. Just wish I was a little closer. Greg in service and Drew in parts. Whatever the issue, they've always handled it with aplomb. Get their sales dept on board and this place would be a force to reckon with.

The only reason I will give 4 stars instead of 5 here is because the paperwork and delivery process took much longer than promised after I had been specifically assured that it would take no longer than 20 to 30 minutes. The sales staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable especially my sales girl Elyse. Greeted me immediately unlike any of the other dealerships I had visited and was able to answer all of my questions promptly.

As this was a first bike purchase for me, I was back and forth with a lot of questions, and Elyse always called me back immediately or answered my emails very quickly. If she didn't know the answer she immediately asked someone else. Having been in customer service for 20+ years, I was very impressed. I can't review the service dept as of yet, because I have not had to take my bike in for maintenance. If I am well taken care of however, I will make the 30 mile drive.
